However, most of these chatbots are only capable of understanding very specific things, such as preset questions or “yes” or “no” answers. Today, with the development of natural language processing in the field of artificial intelligence, this changes completely.
With the passage of time, systems can be developed that are more capable of understanding a conversation with natural language. Thanks to this, today we have virtual assistants such as Google Home or Amazon Alexa to whom we can ask questions without having to take care of how to formulate them so that they can understand us. Using these artificial intelligence techniques, bots can be implemented for our websites that can perform quite diverse tasks, adding value to the organization. For example, a large part of the customer service tasks could be carried out by offering solutions to the client through the bot in a fully automated and comfortable way for the client.
